Terms & Conditions - Made to Order

Every product is carefully produced using traditional leather crafting methods in Dana Point, California.  Due to the small batch nature of the products and a dedication to meticulous craftsmanship, some items may take up to ten days to produce.  In addition, there are inevitably times throughout the year that we get busier than normal.  When you place your order we will provide a time estimate if beyond the current production time.  Current production time is 3 - 7 days. If you have concerns about delivery time or have a rush order please notify us via the 'notes' section of your order form.


Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking number once your order ships.   If any additional shipping charges such as fees on rejected packages and custom fees are incurred, Headlands QG cannot be held responsible. Any shipping charges incurred due to exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping rates are calculated based typical parcel weights, and are as follows:

Domestic: USPS PRIORITY

  • Flat Rate: $6 per order +$1 per item 

Canada:

  • Flat Rate: $14 per order +$2 per item

United Kingdom:

  • Flat Rate: $24 per order +$2 per item

Netherlands:

  • Flat Rate: $25 per order +$3 per item

Australia:

  • Flat Rate: $30 per order +$3 per item

Please inquire about shipments to the rest of the world. 


Returns

We are confident you will love your new handmade leather goods so much that you will use it for a lifetime from the date you receive it.  However, if for some reason you need or want to return it, no problem. Please send an email right away (within 10 days) to explain the issue and a return address will be provided.  It is very important that the goods be in brand new condition and in the original packaging.  Your account will be credited upon our receipt of the goods.

Shipping charges for any returns are the responsibility of the customer.  The item being returned must be shipped back prepaid. Headlands Handmade will not accept CODs regarding returns and exchanges.


Warranty

We stand by the materials we use, our craftsmanship and our designs.  We will address any issues that may come up during the long lives of all the goods we make. If your Headlands QG item has a defect or needs a repair please send an email to info@headlandshandmade.com and the issue will promptly be taken care of.  Please note that normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.

Headlands QG will not share, sell or in anyway distribute you personal information.
